Called to Lead

Reverend Dwight Fletcher and Reverend Joan Fletcher are the Founding Pastors of Transformed Life Church (TLC). Pastor Dwight is Senior Pastor and Chairman of the Board; Pastor Joan is a Board Director, the Company Secretary and oversees the Worship, Discipleship, Youth, Prayer & Healing and Pastoral Care Ministries.

The journey to TLC started in 1995 when the young couple committed their lives to God. By the summer of the following year, Dwight realised that the yearning in his heart for the church was a call by God to enter full-time ministry. After a time of growth and maturing in ministry, it became clear that God wanted him to go a step further and launch a church with his wife. Fast forward to 2012 and TLC was born. Dwight and Joan Fletcher were then ordained in Kingston, Jamaica, by Pastor R. Paul Earle of Life Network of Churches based in California, USA.

Pastors Dwight and Joan are family people; they love to care for their family, starting with their own awesome children, Olivia, Joel and Gabrielle and extending to all of God’s people. They have a passion to help persons experience a dynamic and transformative relationship with God that leads to the creation of nation builders and world changers.
